Children's Cancer Foundation — Sunshine Pathway The Children's Cancer Foundation (CCF) provides high-quality and holistic services tailored to meet the needs of children with cancer and critical illnesses, as well as their families. From the moment of diagnosis, through treatment, recovery, and eventually reintegration into the community, the Foundation walks alongside them every step of the way. CCF’s social workers, nurses, and child life specialists work closely with families, medical professionals, and schools to enhance the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being of the children and their families. Through funding for medications, clinical trials, and research in childhood cancer, the Foundation also supports doctors in improving cure rates for young patients. The "Sunshine Pathway" refers to the long and challenging journey that children with cancer and their families must endure, from diagnosis to recovery or, in unfortunate cases, the passing of the child. With the intervention of CCF’s professional services, we hope to help these extraordinary children and their families live lives filled with hope and meaning.
