The "Carer EPS Platform" is composed of 16 social welfare organizations focused on the needs of caregivers, operating 471 social service units across Hong Kong and serving 180,000 caregivers annually. The platform is dedicated to providing caregivers with a one-stop resource for information and services. Through the issuance of nearly 5,000 "Carer EPS Card”, it consolidates various community resources, allowing caregivers to enjoy discounts on clothing, food, housing, and transportation at over 200 stores across nearly 70 caregiver-friendly businesses in Hong Kong. The goal is to build a caregiver-friendly community in collaboration with various sectors of society, affirming caregivers' contributions and ensuring they feel The "Carer EPS Card" offers four main functions to caregivers: 1. Raising social recognition of caregivers' identities and contributions. 2. Providing caregiver-centered information, community discounts, and services. 3. Offering convenient access to relevant information. 4. Introducing the latest services designed specifically for caregivers.
