"Five Blessings" is a collaborative project by social enterprises ForeverGift.hk, Minimal Funeral, and OneTake. As a first in Hong Kong, it partners with lawyers, doctors, and funeral planners to provide a one-stop professional service that assists both the underprivileged and general public in arranging their (1) Will, (2) Enduring Power of Attorney, (3) Advanced Medical Directive, (4) Advanced Funeral Planning and (5) Life Story. We conduct seminars for social welfare organisations and the general public, helping individuals easily plan for their golden years. We have received funding to establish Hong Kong's first "Five Blessings Center", which provides free services for the elderly, long-term patients, and those facing terminal illnesses. Our team is committed to promoting advanced end-of-life planning in Hong Kong, with our belief that everyone in our community could be better prepared for the future of themselves and their loved ones.
