This project aims to establish a choir that incorporates elements of music therapy, targeting groups with various mental and psychological needs in society. Members will participate in regular choir practices to express emotions through music, connect with peers, and promote mental health. The core of the project is music therapy, guiding members to explore themselves, share experiences and feelings, and find resonance and support in singing together. In addition to regular practices, we will also organize internal and outreach performances, providing members with opportunities to share music and stories within the community, serving as encouragement for others. Through the power of music, we aim to spread positive energy and enhance community awareness and understanding of mental health.
